Saturday morning and there's only one thing to do (after a ma-HOO-sive feast at breakfast, of course...) - the beach!
We took a ride in Tonto (our convertible Mustang that growls when you give him a bit of a spanking on the freeway) to a secluded beach on the east side of the Island, Kailua.
Check out the freaky white thing running into the ocean... graceful, elegant, I am not...
However, check out Ruthie Baker...! It took a few takes, but we got there in the end...
After a little bit of sun and a lot of fooling around in the water (and not the American type of 'fooling around', Mr and Mrs Schaitberger - honest) we checked out this little diner by the beach, Buzz's Diner - it was AWESOME! Ruthie had an open face crab sandwich and I tucked into a burger... gorgeous.

Oh! You guys look like you're having so much fun! I loved hearing the sound of the ocean in the background on your video! I am jealous to say the least... It's a balmy 43 degrees in Madison, WI today... Le Sigh!
